  If you experience a problem with your credit card not being approved and there is no reason for it to be denied you may need to establish a PayPal Account and register your credit card to your Pay Pal account in order for it to go through.

This is because PayPal sets a limit on payments amounts exceeding approximately $500.00.

 Usually amounts that are less than this limit can be paid without a verified PayPal account.
