PHILOSOPHY
Arizona Storm was established five
years ago in 2004. It was formed to provide a competitive environment
for young female athletes that emphasize volleyball fundamentals. The
Club’s mission is to prepare each athlete for the next level of her
volleyball career. This involves evaluating each player individually
and developing the player’s skills to the highest level of their
volleyball potential. The club also focuses on teaching sportsmanship
and team play, which will transfer to all aspects of each player’s
life. To achieve these goals, Arizona Storm provides exceptional
coaching at all levels in a safe and positive environment.

REGIONAL AND NATIONAL SUCCESS
In
just five years, Arizona Storm has become one of the most competitive
club programs in Arizona. Since the Storm hit the Valley, ALL of our
travel teams have finished in the top ten of their respective age
divisions. In 2006 we were the only club to have two 14’s teams finish
in the top 10 and two teams, 13 T and 15 T, to win the Region National
Qualifier. 2007-2008 was another great season! 14 T took the Region
title in the Championship Division, and both 14 T and 13 T competed at
the Junior National Tournament. 2008-2009 was our first year to have a
complete program through the 18’s division and I could not be more
proud of our program. Our 18’s finished 2nd in the Open Division of
the AZ Region and competed at JO’s. Our 16’s finished 3rd in the Open
Division, finished 2nd in the So Cal Qualifier and competed at JO’s.
We continue to grow and expect to have more success than ever this
year! In just five years, Arizona Storm has become one of the most
competitive club programs in Arizona.
