presented to Jessica Maxwell for Outstanding Personal & Athletic
Achievement
The Dairy Council of Arizona and the
Arizona Coaches Association recommend and then vote on candidates
based on four standards for the 16th year in a row:

Must be senior in high school with at
least a 3.25 gpa or better (transcript required)
-
Must have at least 3 recommendation
letters (1 vball coach, 1 school admin +1)
-
List of all volleyball
awards/achievements and other awards (national, state regional school)
-
List of community service work
Normally this award is limited to one
individual plus 5 players. The girls volleyball choices were SO strong
this year that they honored 15 instead! Jessica was one of those 15.
There were 3 other sports honored this past weekend as well.
