To speed thing up at the tryouts, we would like everyone to Pre-Register on the internet and bring with them the printed out Tryout Registration Form which will be produced when you register. In addition we will also need everyone to bring these forms completed:

Medical Release Form,  USAVB Membership Form, and the Arizona Storm Tryout Information Release Form

To Pre-Register you will need to go to www.signuptoplay.com and follow these 4 steps.

1. On the signuptoplay.com log-in page you will either log-in with your used name and password if you have one, or you should follow the instructions under the words "Create an account". 12's see the note below.

2. Once you have logged in and/or created a new account, you will come to a screen that says "Volleyball Online Registration." On the left side if the page is a list of things you may select from. Select "My Info" and verify that all of the information is correct. If you make any changes be sure you click on the "Save" button before exiting My Info area.

3. Select "Tryouts" from the list on the left. Follow the instructions on the screen to register.

4. When you have completed registering, print out the Tryout Registration Form and bring it with you to the tryouts. Your fee will be $50 for the tryout. If you are selected to a team $25 of the tryout fee will be applied to your dues.

Note for 12 year olds and less: If you are registering a player who is 12 years old or less, Internet laws require the registration program to verify that a parent is submitting the information. This is done by having the parent submit a credit card to a verification service (Paypal is used in this case). Once you have completed that verification, you will need to return and complete the registration process on signuptoplay.com. The verification process does not register you for tryouts, not does it create an account on signuptoplay.com. Read the information on signuptoplay.com carefully.
