To speed things up at the
tryouts, we would like everyone to Pre-Register on the internet and bring
with them the printed out Tryout Registration Form which will be produced
when you register. In addition we will also need everyone to bring these
forms completed:
Medical Release Form,
USAVB Membership Form, and the
Arizona Storm
Tryout Information Release Form
To Pre-Register
you will need to go to
www.signuptoplay.com
and follow these 4 steps.
1. On the
signuptoplay.com
log-in page you will either log-in with your used name and password if
you have one, or you should follow the instructions under the words
"Create an account". 12's see the note below.
2. Once you have
logged in and/or created a new account, you will come to a screen that
says "Volleyball Online Registration." On the left side if the page is a
list of things you may select from. Select "My Info" and verify that all
of the information is correct. If you make any changes be sure you click
on the "Save" button before exiting My Info area.
3. Select "Tryouts"
from the list on the left. Follow the instructions on the screen to
register.
4. When you have
completed registering, print out the Tryout Registration Form and bring
it with you to the tryouts. Your tryout fee will be $40 which is
non-refundable.
Note for 12
year olds and less:
If you are registering a player who is 12 years old or less, Internet
laws require the registration program to verify that a parent is
submitting the information. This is done by having the parent submit a
credit card to a verification service (Paypal is used in this case). Once
you have completed that verification, you will need to return and
complete the registration process on
signuptoplay.com.
The verification process does not register you for tryouts, not does it
create an account on
signuptoplay.com.

What
To Bring To Tryouts:
* A
parent must be present at the beginning of tryouts to
Complete the necessary paperwork in order for their
athlete to participate. A parent must also be present at
the end of tryouts once their athlete has been selected
for a team to fill out additional paperwork and leave a
$700 deposit.
* A Non-Refundable Tryout Fee
of $40
* Your original and a copy of
your birth certificate
* Medical Insurance

* Proper Workout Attire
(indoor shoes, spandex/shorts,
T-shirt, knee pads and
water bottle)
* A $700 check or cash is due
immediately following
tryouts if your daughter
is selected for a team.

Determining
the age group that a player falls into can be confusing since
the birthday is determined by their age as of September 1.
Here are the guidelines that have been set forth
by USA Volleyball. If you
are still confused, use the handy calculator to
the right to determine the age group.
