Recruiting 101 Meeting

It’s that time to discuss academics and your daughters’ future as a student-athlete at the collegiate level!  It’s never too soon to start learning!  Did you know, most college coaches begin recruiting players in volleyball as young as 8th grade?  Scary, I know!  I will be hosting a Recruiting 101 Seminar this Sunday!  This will be a great opportunity to learn more about the NCAA rules and guidelines as a student-athlete and how to market yourself so college coaches can find you amongst this competitive atmosphere of club volleyball.  Below is a list of information I will discuss and do my best to educate both you and your daughter on.  I encourage parents and their daughters to attend because this is a family affair.  If only one or the other can attend, that works as well!  I hope you can make it!  Bring a pen and pad for notes!  If you have questions, create a list so you remember them!  This is NOT a recruiting service where I ask for thousands of dollars!  I want to educate our program on the process so you and your daughter know what to do and how to do it.  I have a background as a recruiting coordinator at the collegiate level, but most importantly rely on current college coaches of what they want and prefer student-athletes to do.  I am educating you so you are not blindsided or unaware of etiquette in the recruiting process!  I hope you can make it!
